Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Prime House Painting Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Scope of Work

• The scope of work includes the areas to be painted, type of paint, and finish as discussed and confirmed before starting the work.

• Surface preparation may include scraping, sanding, putty application, priming, and cleaning, depending on wall condition.

• Any additional work not included in the agreed scope will be charged separately.

2. Site Visit & Inspection Charges

• A site visit / inspection charge of ₹200 is applicable.

• This charge may be adjusted only if the painting work is confirmed.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• A booking advance must be paid at least 2 days before the scheduled start date.

• Booking advance is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Final payment is due after completion of work and final inspection by the customer.

4. Color & Product Selection

• Paint colors, brands, and finishes must be finalized before the start of work.

• Any change after confirmation may result in additional charges and timeline changes.

5. Timeline & Delays

• Start and completion dates depend on site size and wall condition.

• Delays may occur due to weather, site readiness, material availability, or unforeseen wall conditions.

• Such delays will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Clear access to the site during agreed working hours must be provided.

• A safe and disturbance-free working environment should be ensured.

• Customers are requested not to disturb painters during work.

• Valuables should be removed or secured before work begins.

7. Warranty & Limitations

Warranty, if applicable, depends on proper surface preparation, including the use of putty and primer.

Warranty is not applicable for:

• Rental properties

• Quick repainting or touch-up jobs

Issues such as seepage, dampness, cracks, or pre-existing wall defects are not covered under warranty.

8. Clean-up & Safety

• Basic post-painting cleanup is included.

• We use proper tools, materials, and safety measures.

• We are not responsible for damages caused by existing structural or wall conditions.

9. Changes & Disputes

• Any changes to the agreed scope must be communicated in writing or via message.

• In case of dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion in good faith.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prime House Painting Services shall not be held liable for:

• Damage due to old or weak wall surfaces

• Seepage, dampness, or structural issues

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
